Faculty - Cristiane Miryam Drumond de Brito

She has a degree in Occupational Therapy from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (1993), a master's degree in Communication and Semiotics from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de SP (1999) and a doctoral degree in Communication and Semiotics from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2004). She was a full professor from 1999 to 2006 at Universidade do Vale do Paraíba in São José dos Campos and from 2001 to 2006 at the Monte Serrat University Center in Santos. From 2006 to 2011 she worked as an assistant professor at Universidade Federal de São Carlos, with extension and research projects that create an interface between the creative processes of artists, culture and Occupational Therapy. She also has research projects in mental health and basic health care. She worked as Professor-Preceptor of the Multiprofessional Residency in Family and Community Health at UFSCar. She is currently linked as an Associate Professor at the Department of Occupational Therapy at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais-UFMG, Professor of the Interdisciplinary Graduate Studies Program in Leisure Studies, researcher at CRR-MG.
